Join Team Finesse Basketball as a Coach!

We’re expanding and looking for passionate and dedicated coaches to join our rapidly growing youth and high school club/travel basketball program. We’re also launching new girls teams, and we need Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to help us build and develop future basketball stars.

If you’re committed to giving back to the community, have experience coaching and/or playing at a high level and have a love for coaching, this is the opportunity for you.

• Have a proven track record in developing young talent and winning championships
• Be passionate about basketball and dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential
• Possess playing experience and a deep understanding of the game
• Be eager to serve as a mentor and teacher, fostering growth and discipline
• Maintain a clean background check

Requirements:

• Background Checks: All coaches must pass a background check.
• Coaching Shadow Program: Gain experience by shadowing existing coaches to learn the Team Finesse approach.
• Commitment to Youth Development: Be a role model for both boys and girls teams, fostering their growth at every level.
